TTS Independence Day

A GRAND INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT TTS, CIVIL LINES

Tiny Tots School, Ayodhya celebrated 80 th Independence Day on 15th August 2026 with immense enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and pride.

The celebration was graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Police Sub-Inspector Shri Ranjit Yadav, popularly known as “Khaki Wale Guruji,” along with the respected PAC members, school management, teachers and students.

Shri Ranjit Yadav is widely admired for his inspiring social work, particularly his efforts towards educating and empowering underprivileged children. His remarkable contribution has been recognised through several prestigious honours, including the Kalam Youth Leadership Award, National Heritage Award, Swami Brahmanand Award, Social Fighter Award, Amazing Indian Award 2024 and Excellence Award 2025.

The programme began with flag hoisting by Shri Ranjit Yadav, followed by the National Anthem. The students then presented a spectacular pyramid formation, reflecting discipline, coordination, confidence and teamwork. 

The cultural presentation beautifully celebrated India’s “Unity in Diversity”, with students from different Houses presenting vibrant traditional dances representing various states of India. The inter-house competition showcased the following results:

  • 1st Position – Tagore House (Ghoomar)
  • 2nd Position – Nehru House (Bharatnatyam)
  • 3rd Position – Gandhi House (Kathak)
  • 4th Position – Subhash House (Garba)

The colourful performances filled the campus with energy and patriotic fervour. 

Addressing the students, Shri Ranjit Yadav shared inspiring thoughts on the significance of Independence Day and reminded the young generation that freedom is a precious legacy earned through the courage and sacrifices of our freedom fighters. He encouraged students to become responsible, disciplined and compassionate citizens of the nation.

Principal Mrs. Mukti Srivastava motivated the students and highlighted the true meaning of freedom, reminding them of the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters. She encouraged every child to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, hard work, unity and patriotism.

Director Mrs. Binny Singh extended her heartfelt wishes to the students and expressed her hope that they would continue to grow as confident, responsible and compassionate citizens who contribute positively to the nation.

The celebration was a beautiful blend of patriotism, culture, talent, discipline and unity, making it a truly memorable Independence Day at Tiny Tots School.
